Whether it’s an old-school pig roast for your business or organization (groups of 40 or more please due to cost/ size limitations) or an intimate backyard party of smoked tenderloin to impress your spouse, boss or neighbors we have the solution to your BBQ catering needs!

What is the difference between grilling and barbecuing anyway?
Grilling is done mostly w/ a gas grill- think of cooking on an upside down broiler like in your oven. Barbecuing is done low and slow with a real wood fire achieving a taste and finish that is well worth the time and effort it takes to make it properly!
 
Why don’t you have a set price list on your site?
JD’s doesn’t have a set price list as we prefer to allow our customers the flexibility to create a truly customized BBQ event. Using a set price list makes it much harder to accommodate any special requests!
 
Is your BBQ only available by pick up or delivery?
The staff at JD’s tries their best to make your experience a truly customized one. Arrangements can be made for pick up or delivery or we can bring our mobile smoker to your location and do the cooking for you on the spot!
 
Do you offer any classes or demonstrations?
Yes we do! Hosting BBQ events where you and your guests get to participate is not only a different twist on your summer time parties, it gives you a chance to be a show off and make new friends along the way!
